Stiti zilele alea in care iti vine sa te arunci cu capul inainte intr-o galeata cu ciocolata, caramel, speculoos, unt de arahide, cacao, in fine, all things sugar? Din cand in cand, in aceste foarte rare ocazii, ma scol din pat si-mi fac cele mai crunte cupcakes cu ciocolata in care pun tot ce-mi iese in cale, cu o furie desavarsita. Uite-asa am creat aceste cupcakes moartea dietei si moartea sanatatii. Fizice, ca aia psihica de fapt cu ciocolata se intretine.
Cupcakesii astia au de toate: ciocolata, speculoos, alune, zmeura, coacaze rosii, unt, zahar, ce sa mai, moartea oricarei diete de pe aceasta planeta. Cand mi-am infipt prima oara dintii in ele am zis ca mor de la atata pufosenie, dar iata ca am supravietuit sa va spun povestea.
Ingrediente
- 125 g unt la temperatura camerei
- 110 g zahar alb
- 2 oua
- 80 g smantana
- 1 lingura apa de portocale
- 180 g faina alba
- 50 g cacao
- 1 lingurita rasa bicarbonat de sodiu
- 1 praf de sare
- 1 cana zmeura congelata si 1/2 cana coacaze congelate
- 80 g ciocolata cu lapte si alune
- 1 lingura mare unt
- 2 linguri mari speculoos
Metoda
- Se freaca untul cu zaharul pana isi schimba culoarea si isi dubleaza volumul. Se adauga ouale, unul cate unul, continuand mixarea, apoi smantana si apa de portocale.
- Se adauga apoi ingredientele solide: faina, cacaoa, bicarbonatul si sarea si se mixeaza bine.
- La sfarsit, incorporam fructele congelate cu o spatula. Compozitia va fi groasa, dar se va topi la copt.
- Dam la cuptorul preincalzit la 160C cu ventilatie pana cand ne iese testul cu scobitoarea. Ideal ar fi sa nu supra-coacem cupcakesii. Se scot si se lasa la racit (sau nu) pe gratar.
- Se topeste ciocolata pe bain marie, apoi se adauga untul, amestecand pana la incorporare. Adaugam in compozitia calda si speculoos-ul si amestecam bine. Ungem cupcakesii cu compozitia, pudram cu zahar pudra si decoram cu coacaze.
Freakin’ awesome. Eu le-am mancat calde, caci au fost facute sa-mi satisfaca mie poftele necurate (si rare) de decadenta ciocolatoasa duse la extrem. Au fost foarte-foarte pufoase, iar zmeura aia imprastiata peste tot, invelita in ciocolata si pudrata cu speculoos-ul crocant m-a terminat definitiv. In caz ca va intrebati ce este speculoos-ul, ei bine, este o pasta tartinabila belgiana care se gaseste si la noi la Mega Image. E facuta din biscuiti speculoos, traditionali pentru ei si pentru iubi, care e lesinat dupa asa ceva. Daca nu aveti speculoos, inlocuiti cu unt de arahide.

There are the good days and then there are the days when all you want to do is stuff your face in a huge bucket of chocolate and forget all about the world. And about diets, calories, healthy, whole food eating. I think that, as long as this is rare, it’s perfectly acceptable and even prescribed for our mental health :) In one such day I decided to combine everything I had around the house to make the most chocolaty, decadent cupcakes possible. I call these cupcakes Sudden Diet Death Cupcakes, and pretty soon you’ll understand why.
Ingrediente
- 125 g room temp butter
- 110 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 80 g sour cream
- 1 tbs orange blossom water
- 180 g all purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda or baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries and 1/2 cup fresh or frozen red currants
- 80 g milk and peanut chocolate
- 1 heaping tbs butter
- 2 heaping tbs speculoos or peanut butter
Metoda
- Beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating just until incorporated. Stir in sour cream, orange blossom water, then the flour, cocoa, salt and bicarbonate or baking powder.
- Using a spatula, fold in the fruit. Pour into prepared cupcake pan and bake in preheated oven at 160C for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of a cupcake comes out clean.
- Melt chocolate at bain-marie or in the microwave, then gently fold in the butter and speculoos (or peanut butter) paste. Spread the topping on the cupcakes, powder with icing sugar and decorate with red currants.
The cupcakes turned out really fluffy – as I made sure not to overbake them – and the taste was simply amazing: the raspberries and currants had spread all over the chocolate interior and simply melted in my mouth together with the crunchy, chocolaty topping… You simply can’t be anything but happy after having a bite at them!

Reteta e super! Eu nu sunt vegetariana ,am dat de blogul tau si mi-a placut tare mult. Azi la mine la serviciu a fost batalie pe cupcakes si toata lumea a scris reteta.
